Atelie is a social marketplace platform that connects art collectors, enabling them to showcase their collections, discover artworks, and facilitate transactions in the secondary art market.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Artwork Listings and Sales

When listing artworks for sale, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the artwork or have the right to sell it
• All information provided about the artwork is accurate
• The artwork is authentic and as described
• You will honor all sales completed through the platform

5. Fees and Payments

Atelie charges fees for certain services:

• Pro subscription: NOK 99 per month
• Transaction fees on successful sales (percentage disclosed at listing)
• Payment processing fees as applicable

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained artworks
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Atelie and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

Atelie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
